The Émous'tillant ®
L’Émous’tillant ® is a hard line of grape, carbonated and pasteurized without alcohol nor added sugar.
Conception : Immediately harvested, the grape juice is put in the cold to prevent fermentation. It is settled, filtered, bottled, gasified and pasteurized then finally, insuring its stability.
We have 2 references of Émous'tillant : blanc "white" and rosé.
